Michelle Pritchard, founder of Find Your Spark Ltd was recently awarded a Coaching Psychology Masters with distinction.
The Graduation took place in the 02 on November 19th. Her Master’s research thesis focused on the outcomes of a coaching and positive psychology programme on at-risk adolescent girls.
The research aimed to explore what were the perceptual changes in life experience of at-risk adolescent girls subsequent to an integrated appreciative coaching and positive psychology interventions group programme.
Outcomes of participating in this programme were increased emotional intelligence, improved behaviour, increased self-belief/awareness and overall improved perceived quality of life.
Michelle spoke on behalf of Find Your Spark about her findings at the British Psychological Society’s 4th International Coaching Psychology Congress held on Thursday 11th – Friday 12th December 2014 at Holiday Inn, London Bloomsbury.
