WHO:

This course is for anyone with an ADHD and/or any other neurodivergent diagnosis, recent or otherwise or for a parent, family member or interested person who would like to know more about the misunderstood and stigmatised condition of ADHD as well as other neurodivergent conditions such as autism and sensory processing disorder. Delivered by Michelle Shavdia, founder of Find Your Spark, ADHD coach and with a Masters in Coaching Psychology and Rhiann Marchant, founder of SENsational minds who was a SENCO and has a Masters in Education: Autism (Children) and is now a clinically trained autism assessor. You will be part of a group of likeminded adults wanting to learn more about the lived experience and symptoms of ADHD and neurodivergent conditions.
