About

Find Your Spark helps ADHD adults, young people and their parents who are feeling overwhelmed and want to accept and understand ADHD better.

We help to validate your experience and overcome any challenges. We solve this through one-to-one coaching, BRIEF therapy and group ADHD Awareness sessions.

Find Your Spark was founded in 2011 by Michelle Shavdia following the London Riots.

Michelle became qualified in Coaching Psychology and Career Coaching at Masters level in 2015 and was working in schools and youth centres to support at-risk young people.  Soon thereafter, Michelle and Find Your Spark moved to Colchester and began working with professionals, parents and young people within schools delivering training in mental health awareness and resilience as well as one to one coaching and BRIEF therapy.

In 2021, Michelle was late diagnosed with ADHD, dyspraxia, and dyscalculia.  As a result, she uses her Coaching Psychology Masters qualification to support those with a similar lived experience as herself.  Her mission is to raise awareness and acceptance in the still very much misunderstood condition of ADHD.  She does this via one-to-one coaching and post diagnostic support plus ADHD awareness and coaching groups.  Michelle supports adults, young people, their parents and has worked with schools and organisations.  All with the mission of raising awareness and understanding into ADHD.
