PARENTS AND TEENS We are also planning to run similar groups for parents and teens. If this would be something you would be interested in, then please email [email protected] and we will add your name to the expression of interest list.
And in the meantime, whilst you wait, Michelle shared the following recommendations with the group, and we thought it might be useful to send these to you as well.
Michelle has read A LOT OF ADHD books these past four years, but she is only sharing the ones she has read which she found to be good (as there are a fair few that are not!).
She has also included the noise cancelling headphones Michelle bought early in the journey as these were a game changer for her to regulate and she found it was great to listen to 8D/9D music plus a few other ADHD support tools.
NEWS We have a new edition to our team; an experienced clinical psychologist who can offer ADHD assessments for those aged 14 years and over.
Contact us today about paying a refundable deposit or to ask any questions you might have to see if this is right for you.
If you are not quite ready for a full assessment, we do offer a £50 pre-assessment screening to determine if moving forward with a full assessment is the best option.
Email [email protected] for further information on both of these options.
And that’s it for another month!
We wish you all a Happy Easter
