ADHD Awareness for Parents

ADHD Awareness for Parents (the intention is to deliver the ADHD Awareness groups separately in time but for now, the April session, they will be delivered together).

REALITY: About this Event

This evidence-based ADHD awareness session will briefly cover:

  • Background to ADHD
  • Overlaps between the neurodivergent conditions such as autism and dyspraxia
  • ADHD symptoms, challenges, and strengths
  • Neurodiversity in education
  • Routes to diagnosis
  • ADHD treatments for children including ADHD Coaching

You will be given support materials on the day, teas and coffees and biscuits and receive discounts for ADHD coaching.

This evidence-based ADHD awareness session will briefly cover:

  • Routes to diagnosis
  • ADHD treatment and holistic self-care including ADHD coaching
  • You will be given supporting materials on the day, teas, coffees, and biscuits.  You will additionally receive a discount for ADHD coaching.

There will be the opportunity to book in ADHD coaching with Michelle on the day and be a part of a community.

Michelle Shavdia is an expert in ADHD within education, training, and coaching. She has ADHD and was diagnosed as an adult at 37 years old. She has appeared on numerous podcasts and her business Find Your Spark has been nominated for a Start Up Award for supporting consumers in 2023.
