At Find Your Spark, our ADHD coaching support starts with understanding where you are and what you need. A structured, supportive coaching journey is designed to help you better understand your ADHD, work with your strengths, and create sustainable change in your daily life.
Step 1 – Free 15-Minute Discovery Call
An informal conversation to explore whether coaching is the right fit for you.
• Build rapport and connection • Understand your current challenges and goals
• Answer any questions about the coaching process
Step 2 – 90-Minute Deep Dive Assessment
A comprehensive session to explore how ADHD shows up in your life and what you need moving forward. Includes:
• ADHD profile and impact mapping
• Awareness of how ADHD shows up in your life including how it affects sleep, eating consistently, movement that works for you and mindfulness.
• Exploration of life patterns, strengths, and challenges
• Clarifying meaningful goals
• Identifying priorities for coaching
• Personalised written summary with recommended next steps
We will also take some pre-scores to check in at the end and see what progress has been made after the coaching. For those yet to be diagnosed, we can also conduct an ADHD questionnaire to determine if further investigation is warranted.
If you’re not diagnosed: A pre-assessment can offer clarity, reassurance, and a better understanding of whether seeking a formal assessment might be right for you.
If you are diagnosed: It helps bridge the gap between knowing you have ADHD and actually understanding how it affects you—and what steps to take next.
The session is designed to meet you with compassion, curiosity, and zero judgement—helping you take your next steps with confidence.
